Mary sees clients long distance by ZOOM or Skype as well as in-office visits for those in the New York metropolitan area. Initial consults for adults with chronic concerns generally take up to 3 hours.  Initial consults for children are done in two parts (first with the parent(s) for 2-1/2 -3 hours and then 1 hour or so with the child).  Monitoring progress for 6-weeks is part of the initial consult fee. Contact her office to discuss booking a consult or to ask about acute concerns. Any cancellations should be made at least 72 hours in advance or a $50 charge will apply.
